The room was compact, neat with a delightful view over the streets. A bathtub in the large bathroom was super awesome. The location was comfy, close to trams for further travelling. Went to Gingerboy for drink or two, set within a close distance from the hotel.

the location is fantastic, right near the Comedy, Princess, and Her Majesty's Theaters, as well as being just a short walk to Melbourne Central and QV. It was so convenient for our family visit. Secondly, the staff were excellent, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as arranging for a key to be left for us and checking in with us about our arrival time. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities, including cooking facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.
Only minor improvements needed.

The hoel was in a handy location. The rrom was clean, modern and well- appointed.
The lift wasn't working properly and I was on the 5th floor. The only way to my room was via the fire escape stairs

The hotel is located in a prime spot, surrounded by various tourist attractions and conveniently situated amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a little balcony offering a nice touch. The value for money was impressive, especially with breakfast included.
One small improvement could be made in terms of the attention to detail.

The location of this hotel was absolutely awesome! We were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room had a great apartment feel due to the separation between the lounge and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and had a lovely view overlooking the neighbourhood. It was a comfortable accommodation which made our stay a lot nicer.
The hotel room had a few negative aspects. The bathroom was not properly clean and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Location was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. Parking was not very good for a big car and expensive; but the location of the recommended parking was at least very close.

Pulled up outside to take our luggage in as no carparking facility - came back to find a parking officer giving us a ticket even though told by Quest to park out the front. Quest then suggested we park in a 24 hour parking facility 2 doors down for $20 day. When we left after 2 days, bill for parking was $120. Sugar spilt when I was unpacking, no vacuum or dust pan, rang and asked for help - told they would clean it up but they didnt - I cleaned up best I could on departing.

Located conveniently close to Her Majesty's Theatre, with easy access to the city circle line on the free tram zone. Close to great restaurants & entertainment district, making it an ideal spot to stay for theatre-goers. Rooms are clean and come equipped with functional AC, along with comfortable beds.
Some maintenance issues mentioned by previous guests, so it might be worth checking beforehand to ensure that the issues have been resolved.

Our room was at the back and was quiet.
Our two bedroom suite had only one bathroom and the bedrooms were miniscule. So small in fact that in bedroom one we were only able to partially open the door just far enough to squeeze by into the room as the bed took up the entire space. There was an absence of shelves or furniture to put things on and so we had to use the floor for storage. They did not service the room every day and we ran out of soap and toilet paper. We could not get sbs on the tv so we were unable to watch the Tour de France for 4 nights. The staff said it wasn't connected.
